$9-million Settlement Won for NY Sanitation Worker’s Family

We were the attorneys representing the family of a NYC Sanitation Worker killed by a private delivery truck while doing a route in Queens. A $9-million settlement was won for his family.

While recycling the truck on the driver side, a delivery truck made a tight turn in a semi-trailer pinning our client to his truck. This resulted in catastrophic, fatal injuries. As the attorneys working on behalf of his family, we settled the claim with the private delivery truck’s carrier for $9,000,000. Those funds were then set up to take care of his wife and two young daughters. This is a very dangerous job and we hope no one suffers losses like this.
